Lead Data & AI Solutions Architect

Tasks

• Architect, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines.
• Design scalable data models and transformation layers using Snowflake, SingleStore, and dbt.
• Handle large and complex datasets while ensuring performance, data integrity, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Design modern distributed data architectures and data consumption layers.
• Apply functional programming principles to develop modular, reusable, composable, and testable data-processing components.
• Apply functional programming concepts such as pure functions, immutability, higher-order functions, and function composition.
• Develop reusable and maintainable transformation logic for complex data-processing workflows.
• Use functional programming techniques to improve code reliability, testability, and data pipeline consistency.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Develop rapid POCs and production-ready solutions.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery and architecture through implementation and handover.
• Present solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Build next-generation reporting and analytics solution

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale data engineering, enterprise data architecture, modern analytics, functional programming, and AI/LLM-powered solutions.
• Demonstrate practical, hands-on functional programming experience in production-grade applications or data engineering solutions.
