Lead Generation Outreach Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Generation & Linkedin Outreach Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing initiatives using an established prospecting methodology. The VA will be responsible for executing Linkedin-based prospecting, lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and prospect communications. The selected VA will receive training and guidance on the specific aspects, the process from the client’s team, and the designated sales team. The role will include active involvement in Linkedin prospecting and lead engagement, so the ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy using words to capture attention, build curiosity, create excitement, and encourage qualified prospects to take the next step. This role also has the potential to expand into CRM management, GoHighLevel, sales support, and other administrative/technical responsibilities as the relationship develops.
