About the role

Virtual Colleague Philippines is seeking a proactive and experienced lead generation and LinkedIn outreach virtual assistant to support sales and marketing initiatives using an established prospecting methodology. The selected virtual assistant will receive training and guidance from the client’s team and designated sales team.

The role involves active LinkedIn prospecting and lead engagement. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys using words to capture attention, build curiosity, create excitement, and encourage qualified prospects to take the next step. The role may expand into CRM management, GoHighLevel, sales support, and other administrative or technical responsibilities as the relationship develops.

Responsibilities

• Execute LinkedIn-based prospecting, lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Communicate with prospects and engage leads.
