About the Role The Lead Generation Specialist will manage outsourced telesales operations within the Insightechs Int commercial framework. This role offers hands-on experience in sales leadership, business development, revenue operations, and commercial management. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and support freelance telesales representatives. Build and manage small telesales teams. Oversee outbound lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns. Monitor productivity, conversion rates, and operational KPIs. Ensure CRM compliance, accurate reporting, and workflow standards. Coordinate team development, succession planning, and performance improvements. Plan resources effectively to maintain operational continuity. Drive revenue growth through strong team leadership and commercial execution. Participate in expanding and developing additional telesales teams.
