Role Summary
As an Independent Sales Growth Partner, you will establish, manage, and grow outsourced telesales operations aligned with the Insightechs Int commercial framework. This role blends team leadership, recruitment, performance management, and business development, providing hands-on experience in key commercial disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and support freelance telesales representatives.
- Build and manage small telesales teams to drive outbound lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor productivity, conversion rates, and operational KPIs to ensure high performance.
- Maintain CRM compliance, accurate reporting, and workflow standards.
- Coordinate team development, succession planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operational continuity through effective resource planning.
- Drive revenue growth through strong team leadership and commercial execution.
- Contribute to the expansion and development of additional telesales teams.
