Role Summary The Independent Sales Growth Partner is responsible for establishing, managing, and developing outsourced telesales operations within the Insightechs Int commercial framework. This role combines team leadership, recruitment, performance management, and business development, offering valuable exposure to sales leadership, revenue operations, and commercial management. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and support freelance telesales representatives. Build and manage small telesales teams. Oversee outbound lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns. Monitor productivity, conversion rates, and operational KPIs. Maintain CRM compliance, accurate reporting, and workflow standards. Coordinate team development, succession planning, and performance improvements. Ensure operational continuity through effective resource planning. Drive revenue growth through strong team leadership and commercial execution. Contribute to the expansion and development of additional teams. Compensation & Employment Type This is a full-time, independent commercial opportunity with a monthly compensation of $25,000. The position is remote eligible and does not constitute traditional employment.
