Lead Java Developer

Requirements

• 14+ Years
• Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture
• Angular and modern front-end development
• SQL, Database Design, and Data Modeling
• Messaging Technologies – Kafka, IBM MQ, or equivalent
• CI/CD, DevOps, SDLC, Automated Testing, and Production Support
• Cloud Technologies – AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Enterprise Application Architecture and Cross-Platform Integration
• Strong software engineering experience within Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services
• Exposure to Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Research, or Wealth Management platforms
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Data Lakes, Data Platforms, and Analytics Ecosystems
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI development tools such as: GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, LangChain, MCP-Based Agent Frameworks, Intelligent Test Automation Platforms
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder presentation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates must have strong hands-on Java development experience along with relevant Financial Services domain expertise.
