Job description
Tasks
- Lead Java application design, development, and delivery.
- Stay hands-on with coding, debugging, and code reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Drive AI/GenAI adoption to improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with US stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify technical gaps and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- REST APIs, Microservices, and Enterprise Application Development.
- System Design, Application Architecture, and Integration Patterns.
- Cloud Platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Automated Testing, Debugging, and Performance Optimization.
- Practical experience with AI/GenAI and AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-enabled engineering practices.
- Strong technical ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly.
- Comfortable in a hands-on technical leadership role.
