We are looking for a strong **Lead Java Full Stack Engineer** with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and Generative AI to design and deliver scalable enterprise applications.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Design and develop scalable microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
✅ Build modern, responsive single-page applications using React and TypeScript
✅ Develop and integrate secure REST and GraphQL APIs
✅ Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern frameworks
✅ Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
✅ Implement observability practices covering logging, monitoring, and tracing
✅ Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
✅ Drive architectural decisions aligned with enterprise standards
🔹 **Required Skills:**
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications and single-page applications
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap
• REST API and GraphQL design and integration
• Git and version control
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership skills
🤖 **Generative AI Expertise:**
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools
• Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
🔹 **Nice to Have:**
⭐ 2+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
⭐ Kafka and event streaming
⭐ Redis and caching technologies
⭐ CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Artifactory, and SonarQube
