Tasks

Lead technical design and architecture for Pega payment solutions
Configure and support the Pega Smart Investigate for Payments framework
Drive application development, integration, testing, and troubleshooting
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in banking environments

Requirements

8+ years in IT, including 5+ years in Pega
Active Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
Pega Smart Investigate for Payments (PSI)
Banking, payment exception processing, and payment investigations
Pega Constellation experience
Case Management, Flows, Activities, and Data Pages
REST/SOAP APIs and MQ integrations
Pega Guardrails, application architecture, and troubleshooting
Application testing, release management, and technical leadership
