Lead Practitioner

About the role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of The Bridge, supporting the Assistant Headteacher to ensure high-quality teaching, learning, behaviour, and relational practice across the provision.

Requirements

• An experienced practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils and who can contribute strategically.
• The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
• If successful, you will need to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure.
