Lead Product Designer

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design / UI/UX experience
• Strong Native Mobile App Design (iOS amp; Android)
• End-to-End Product Design and Application Ownership
• Figma (Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Prototyping)
• Enterprise Design Systems
• User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping amp; Interaction Design
• Complex User Journeys, Workflows amp; Multi-Screen Applications
• Accessibility and Human-Centered Design
• Strong Stakeholder Management and Design Leadership
• Banking / Financial Services / Mobile Banking experience is highly preferred.
• Must demonstrate 1–2 complete end-to-end native mobile application case studies, including research, design process, user journeys, final UI, and delivery.

Schedule

• Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite, 2 days WFH (Monday–Friday)
