Lead Red Hat Linux Architect

Tasks

• Design, deploy, and manage RHOSP 17.1 cloud environments.
• Lead OpenStack architecture across compute, storage, and networking.
• Manage OpenStack operations, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Implement monitoring and observability using STF, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, backups, and recovery using Ansible.
• Support GPU node onboarding and Nova GPU scheduling.
• Ensure security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
• Lead technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ Years
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP 17.1)
• OpenStack Architecture & Administration
• Service Telemetry Framework (STF)
• Ansible & Terraform
• Python & Bash Scripting
• Git & Automation Workflows
• Prometheus, Alertmanager & Grafana
• Ceilometer & OpenStack Monitoring
• Linux Security, SELinux & STIG Compliance
• Good to Have: Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), iSCSI / NFS Storage, GPU Integration with OpenStack, Red Hat Insights / OpenSCAP, AWS / Azure Multi-Cloud Exposure, Red Hat Security Frameworks
