Lead Service Plumber/Working Foreman

Tasks

• Take ownership of your work, mentor apprentices, help shape our growing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of journeyman experience
• Valid BC gas certification
• Strong residential service plumbing, troubleshooting, and installation experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A commitment to quality workmanship and a willingness to lead by example
• Previous leadership experience is an asset, but we're equally interested in experienced plumbers who are ready to take that next step.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday schedule - approximately 40 hours per week
• No on-call rotation or after-hours emergency work
• Full-Time

Pay

• $50–$60+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Paid vacation and performance-based bonuses
