Lead/Sr. Java Developer

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Strong Java development experience (Java 8/11/17 or above)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related frameworks
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices
• Proficiency in Python for automation, integration, or backend development
• Exposure to Spec Driven Development
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with Git or similar source control tools
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Preferred: Experience with GenAI tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini
• Preferred: Experience using AI coding assistants to improve developer productivity
• Preferred: Exposure to cloud-based AI services on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience integrating GenAI capabilities into Java and Python applications
• Nice to have: Experience building AI-powered APIs, assistants, copilots, or agentic workflows
• Nice to have: Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, and enterprise AI solution architectures
