Key Responsibilities Lead the full systems engineering lifecycle, ensuring integration and alignment with aerospace certification requirements. Design and evaluate complex aerospace systems from concept through mature design stages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, test engineering, and quality assurance to meet project milestones. Conduct risk assessments and manage system performance metrics to ensure regulatory compliance. Oversee documentation and certification processes, ensuring all designs meet industry standards. Mentor junior engineers and provide training on systems design methodologies and best practices. Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate project status and technical challenges effectively. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in aerospace systems design and engineering. Familiarity with aerospace industry-standard certifications. Proficiency in systems engineering tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or similar software. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex aerospace systems. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
