Lead Systems Navigation Coordinator

About the role

The Social Impact Center is seeking a community-centered, organized, and collaborative Lead Systems Navigation Coordinator to connect community members with social services, resources, referrals, and systems of support.

This part-time role is approximately 30 hours per week. It works closely with the Senior Manager of Community Engagement and Partnerships and the Systems Navigation Coordinator, and collaborates across Legal Services, Mental Health Programs, and other organizational teams to improve access to resources and services.

The work includes remote work, required in-person meetings, office hours, and community events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person community outreach.
• Coordinate volunteer and community engagement.
• Maintain referral partnerships and support systems navigation and referrals.
• Document program activities and support grant reporting.
• Assist with communications and organizational support.
• Coordinate the team and program data reporting.

Requirements

• Candidates with 1–2 years of Economic, Workforce Development and/or Peer Navigation experience are preferred.
• The role calls for a community-centered, organized, and collaborative approach.
