Leader - Solution Architecture

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, and Technology Leadership.
• 3-5+ years leading Solution Architects, Architecture Practice, or Engineering teams.
• Proven track record designing and delivering large-scale digital platforms, customer-facing web/mobile applications, and cloud-native solutions.
• Deep expertise in application architecture, APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, cloud platforms, and modernization initiatives.
• Experience driving AI/ML adoption, emerging technology evaluations, architecture governance, and enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders, define technology strategy, and align architecture with business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in establishing architectural standards, managing technical debt, and improving platform scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Architecture Leadership: Solution & Enterprise Architecture, Governance, Technology Strategy, Roadmap Planning, Stakeholder Management, Executive Communication, Team Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring.
• Application & Cloud Architecture: Enterprise Web/Mobile Solutions, APIs, Microservices, Cloud-Native Development, Application Modernization, AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, Spring Boot, Kafka.
• AI, Security & Data: AI/ML Solutions, Intelligent Automation, IAM, Application & API Security, Secure SDLC, Data Architecture, Relational & NoSQL Databases.
• Platform Reliability: Performance Engineering, Monitoring, Observability, Troubleshooting, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) and Customer Experience Solutions
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture
