Tasks

• Facilitate engaging leadership workshops (in-person or virtual)
• Lead discussions and interactive activities
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Review and prepare for sessions using Kairos-provided materials

Requirements

• Experience facilitating leadership, professional development or corporate training workshops
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills
• Knowledge of leadership, communication and team development
• Comfortable facilitating in-person and virtual sessions
• HR, coaching or organizational development experience is an asset

Schedule

• Program-based contracts
