About the role

As a Field Sales Representative with Leaf Home, you will educate potential customers on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will identify potential homeowner challenges through a quick home inspection from the street and explain how Leaf Home products may help.

Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+.

Responsibilities

• Cover an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to generate sales leads for the outside sales team.
• Use a consultative selling approach to educate consumers about Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home products professionally and ensure potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements; walk and stand for extended periods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate articulately with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly motivated to sell, with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed.
