Bloom Workforce Solutions, LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join a great apartment community in the Fort Worth area!

Key Responsibilities:
• Lease apartments and achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Qualify applicants and ensure compliance with Tax Credit program requirements
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features
• Maintain accurate records and manage applications in compliance with guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Follow up on leads and generate new business
• Coordinate move-ins and assist with renewals
• Stay informed on Fair Housing laws and company policies

Qualifications:
• 1+ year of leasing experience in apartment communities
• Experience with Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of HUD, Tax Credit compliance, and leasing guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
