Leasing Officer

About the role

She DP Marquez is seeking a Leasing Officer to oversee day-to-day leasing operations and support company revenue and occupancy targets. The role oversees Leasing Specialists and the Leasing Administration Specialist, coordinating leasing activities to ensure accurate agreements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day leasing operations.
• Supervise, monitor, and support Leasing Specialists and the Leasing Administration Specialist.
• Coordinate leasing activities to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Monitor leasing performance, prepare reports, and provide updates to management.
• Develop and implement leasing processes, policies, and best practices to maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial leasing or residency.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, leasing agreements, and property management.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret leasing and occupancy data.
