Job description
About the role
This position coordinates the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to support occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. It involves leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
Responsibilities
- Perform sales and leasing activities, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and completing credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare the lease and move-in package, and support a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
- Inspect apartments before move-in, ensure they are move-in ready, and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may affect community occupancy and sales.
