Leasing Specialist - Property Management

About the role

As a Leasing Specialist for Rosewood Villas, you will provide a positive first impression of the property and amenities and serve as a primary contact for residents and prospective residents. This position is 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Work with prospective residents to identify their needs and help them find a home.
• Screen and approve qualified applicants in accordance with company policy, Fair Housing regulations, and local laws; prepare leases and move-in documentation.
• Prepare the property for daily showings, including opening and closing model units and amenities.
• Manage the new resident move-in process.
• Provide responsive, consistent, positive, and professional resident service, and build and maintain positive resident relations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as software data entry, filing, typing, and answering phones.
• Attend and assist with resident events and activities as required.
• Follow up with leasing leads and enter traffic into CRM.
