Job description
Tasks
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters.
- Review company policies and identify potential legal risks.
- Support management on employment law and corporate legal matters.
- Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
Requirements
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A valid practicing license, where applicable.
