Legal Intake Personal Injury

The ideal candidate has prior experience handling Personal Injury intakes, strong sales and communication skills, and the ability to confidently guide prospective clients through the intake process while gathering accurate and complete information.
What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for prospective clients via phone.Conduct comprehensive intake interviews in both English and Spanish.Gather, verify, and accurately document case information.Evaluate and qualify potential Personal Injury cases based on established criteria.Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.Convert qualified leads into retained clients.Follow up with potential clients to maximize engagement and retention.Maintain accurate records in Lead Docket and other case management platforms.Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments.Document all communications and intake activities thoroughly.Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure seamless client onboarding.Meet and exceed intake conversion and performance goals.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
QualificationsRequired1-3 years of experience as an Intake Specialist, Client Intake Representative, or similar role.Previous experience handling Personal Injury intakes.Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).Professional English communication skills with a minimal accent.Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong empathy and active listening skills.Comfortable speaking with injured, distressed, or emotionally impacted clients.Confidence guiding conversations and overcoming objections.
