Legal Intake specialist - Personal injuryOn site: Colombia, Mexico, argentina, peruSchedule: Thursday to Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Days Off: Tuesday and Wednesday
Objective: To identify and hire a proactive, emotionally intelligent professional with a legal or insurance background. This position focuses heavily on legal intake and administrative support, rather than general customer service. The ideal profile fits advanced law students, legal graduates, or individuals with litigation/insurance experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Intake & Client Assessment: Conduct detailed initial intakes via inbound and outbound calls, filtering cases and gathering critical data from clients under high-quality standards.Documentation & Correspondence: Draft letters of representation, official legal correspondence, and fill out case reports with high technical accuracy.Case & File Management: Ensure all client documentation is collected, processed, and meticulously organized within Dropbox.Email Management: Oversee, prioritize, and respond to professional email communications efficiently.
Ideal Profile & Qualifications:Advanced law students (near graduation) or law graduates.Legal Background: Prior exposure to legal terminology, litigation processes, or insurance claims management.C1 English Level (Written & Verbal): Must possess excellent legal vocabulary and professional phrasing.Simultaneous Typing & Listening: Proven ability to accurately document case notes in real-time while interviewing clients.
