About the Role
As a Level 2 Support Coordinator, you will work with participants to build their capacity, connect with services, navigate the NDIS and achieve their goals. You will manage a caseload, provide high-quality, person-centred support and collaborate with participants, families, providers and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
NDIS Support Coordination (Level 2) experience
Strong knowledge of the NDIS and local services
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A person-centred, compassionate approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in disability, community services or a related field (preferred)
