Job description
Tasks
- Provide community outreach, support, referrals, and system navigation to the community.
- Work directly with vulnerable or at-risk individuals who are affected by mental health issues or addictions, live in poverty, face homelessness and/or experience marginalization or social exclusion in other ways.
- Work with community organizations and community members to develop collaborative connections to address the needs of library customers.
