Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)/Mental Health Counselor/Marriage & Family Therapist

Tasks

• Conduct crisis intervention and behavioral health assessments
• Evaluate adult and pediatric patients presenting in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Provide mental health evaluations, discharge planning, and community resource referrals
• Support patients and families during behavioral health crises

Requirements

• Independent License or Associate License Accepted
• Washington License Pending at Submission Accepted
• Experience Conducting Crisis Risk Assessments for Adult and Pediatric Patients
• Hospital Experience Preferred
• LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Equivalent Behavioral Health License

Schedule

• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 or 26 Weeks
• Days | 4x10s | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Every Other Weekend Required (Saturday & Sunday)
• No On-Call Requirement
• Floating Required as Needed
• No Block Scheduling Guaranteed
• 48-Hour Contracts Not Available

Pay

• Up to $62/hour
• All Orientation Hours Are Billable
