LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

SALES & NEW BUSINESS
• Quoted and fill Auto, Home, Renters & other personal insurance products
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Build strong relationships & grow your book
• Meet sales goals and track activity in our CRM

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• Assist existing customer with policy changes, billing, documents & questions
• Review renewals and provide excellent service
• Identify additional coverage needs
• Help improve retention and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
• Active P&C License (Required)
• Life, Health, and BI (A Plus)
• Spanish-Speaking/Bilingual (A Plus)
• Strong Communication & Sales Skills
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Organized, Coachable & Team-Oriented

Compensation
STARTING AT $18.00 / hour — Negotiable based on experience
+ COMMISSION
+ MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS
