I’m looking for 3 licensed insurance professionals to join my agency as we expand our sales team.

I’m looking for people who are driven, coachable, competitive, and serious about growing in insurance sales.

What you need to apply:

✅ Active Virginia Property & Casualty license OR Virginia Life & Health license

✅ Strong communication skills

✅ Comfortable having sales conversations

✅ Coachable and willing to learn

✅ Goal-oriented and motivated to grow

You do not need to have both licenses to apply. If you have one, you meet the licensing requirement.
