Job description
Recruiter360 Inc. is recruiting a Licensed Land Surveyor Manager in Lexington, Kentucky. The Licensed Land Surveyor Manager plans, organizes, and directs surveying work performed by surveyors and technicians. The role oversees projects that establish precise locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapping, utility locations, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), land division, titles, and other purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise surveying functions and advise or consult with staff on technical and operational matters.
- Plan, organize, and direct the work of surveyors and technicians.
- Promote safe work practices across surveying teams.
- Evaluate staff progress and project results, recommending changes to meet overall objectives.
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences with clients and prospective clients.
- Balance employee needs with business objectives through proactive communication and practical solutions.
Qualifications and Work Authorization
This is a licensed land surveyor manager position. The successful candidate is a proactive communicator and change agent who can support staff while advancing business goals. This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship, except under the TN visa classification.
Compensation and Employment
Pay: $140000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lexington, Kentucky.
