Job Role - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Local and Travel Opportunities Pay Range - $34 - $48 per hour Shift - Day/Night (12-hour shifts, 3 days on) Join Sujeet’s healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This contract position offers a rewarding chance to provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care in a fast-paced medical environment. You will play a vital role in improving patient health and wellbeing through direct care and support. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. Support the development and execution of patient care plans under RN and physician supervision. Maintain accurate and compliant patient records and documentation. Perform basic life support (BLS) and emergency care to ensure patient safety. Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care. Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico. Strong patient care skills and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus. Our team fosters collaboration among LPNs, RNs, physicians, and support staff to deliver effective healthcare. This role reports directly to registered nurses and supervisors.
