Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and their families on health management and preventative care strategies. Assist in clinical settings, performing routine procedures as directed by registered nurses and physicians. Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning for patients. Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active LPN License in New Mexico. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred. Strong understanding of patient care and clinical procedures. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are highly preferred.
