Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a contract position in High Point, NC. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health, including vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans. Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential health records. Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active LPN/RN license in North Carolina. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, ideally in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and patient care techniques.
