Job description
Capleo Global Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a contract position in New Mexico. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families about health management and wellness strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and address care concerns.

- Follow safety and infection control policies to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Current, valid LPN or LVN license in New Mexico.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient care.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) software.
- One to two years of LPN/LVN experience is preferred.
