Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / LVN in Santa Fe, NM

Capleo Global is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a contract position at a contracted healthcare facility in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In this on-site role, you’ll provide direct patient care and support high-quality health services in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide direct patient care; monitor patients and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Help create and update patient care plans to address individual health needs.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR), maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing education on care procedures and health management.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Measure vital signs and perform basic health assessments and tests as directed by supervising RNs or physicians.
• Attend staff meetings and training to support ongoing improvement in patient care.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Active New Mexico LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of patient care protocols and effective time management.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
