Capleo Global is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and provide direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions and promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in developing and updating patient care plans to ensure comprehensive health needs are met.
  • Accurately document patient information in electronic health records (EHR) while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering education on care procedures and health management.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care and support.
  • Perform basic health assessments including vital signs measurement and administering tests under supervision of RNs or physicians.
  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance patient care quality and professional skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico.
  • Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in patient care protocols and time management.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
