Job description
Capleo Global Inc is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract position in Seaford, Delaware. Join a supportive healthcare team and provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. This is an on-site role; remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Support registered nurses and physicians in developing and implementing patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with quality standards and applicable regulations.
- Communicate with patients and families, responding to questions and concerns about treatment and care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Follow infection control practices and help maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in staff training and professional development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current, valid Delaware LPN license.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- At least one year of nursing experience is preferred; new graduates may also be considered.
