Job description
If you are a listing agent and you love this work, keep reading.
We are hiring one Licensed Listing Agent. Salaried. Hybrid. And built for someone who is wired for relentless pace and high volume.
This is not the role where you take three new listings a month and nurture each one for weeks.
This is the role where you carry 40 to 60 listings at a time, all for one client, and you find a way to get every single one of them sold.
You love being a listing agent. That part has to be true. Not tolerated. Loved.
You love sitting down with a listing. You love pricing it. You love positioning it. You love seeing it hit the market and start moving. And most importantly, you love negotiating with buyer agents.
You don't just tolerate the back and forth. You feed on it.
You are a shark.
You fight for every extra dollar. You push back when you need to push back. You know when to hold the line and you know when not to kill the deal. That instinct is not something we can teach.
You either have it or you don't.
You are also gritty. When a listing isn't moving, you don't shrug. You figure out why. You change the photos. You change the price. You change the strategy. You find a way. Houses get sold by people who refuse to let them sit.
You are hungry. Your sales skills are sharp. You have done this before, at volume, and you know exactly what kind of pace this role is going to demand.
Speaking of pace.
This is fast. Really fast. You will be moving from listing to listing all day long. You will be on the phone with buyer agents constantly. You will be reviewing market activity, jumping into negotiations, pushing deals across the finish line, and onboarding the next listings coming in behind them.
If you love being busy, this role will feel like home. If you need quiet days to recover, this is not for you.
Here is another piece that matters.
You need a sharp eye for presentation.
When a new listing is coming online, you walk through it, you look at the photos, you check the pricing, and you flag anything that needs to change before it goes live. You know what gives a property the best chance to sell. You can spot what is off. You can speak up. And you can do it without ego.

P.S. The right person is reading this and already feeling the pace. They are not asking if they can handle it. They are wondering when they can start.
