SITE OPERATIONS LEAD
Praxis Robotics | Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia — Also covering Medellín, Cartagena, Bogotá, and Cali. Multiple hires possible as partnerships expand. Full-time position with frequent domestic travel required.

Fluent English and Spanish Required
You must confidently lead live calls, analyze operational data, manage difficult conversations, and provide clear written updates in English with your US-based manager. Fluency in Spanish is essential for collaboration with local partners. The interview process includes a live English conversation and a practical operations exercise.

About Praxis Robotics

Praxis Robotics partners with factories and businesses to collect first-person video data that enhances physical AI systems' understanding of real-world work environments. We seek a resourceful, hands-on operator to launch pilots, troubleshoot issues, and scale reliable data collection across partner sites.

Role Overview

You will report to a US-based Strategic Project Lead / Program Manager, who reports to the Global Head of Operations. This role is broad and evolving, offering opportunities for increased ownership as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and support partner sites from initial pilot phases through daily operations and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
  • Source hardware locally to resolve equipment challenges.
  • Coordinate with telecom and internet providers to ensure data upload reliability.
  • Train factory supervisors and staff on pilot programs and experiments.
  • Investigate operational issues such as throughput drops and develop recovery plans.
  • Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable with confidence and respect.
  • Make difficult decisions, navigate ambiguity, and implement practical solutions while ensuring safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication skills for managing live calls and difficult conversations.
  • Experience in operations, project management, or related fields.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Colombia.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.

Location: Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia (with travel to Medellín, Cartagena, Bogotá, Cali)
