Fusion Life Science Solutions LLC is hiring a Machine Operator 2 for a contract role in Clinton, Pennsylvania. In this light industrial manufacturing position, you’ll operate and monitor production machinery, help maintain product quality, and support efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to help minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to support a smooth production workflow.
• Help train new operators on equipment operation and safe work practices.
• Record production data and promptly report equipment or process issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on production efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet production deadlines.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime when needed.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating machinery and reading technical manuals is a plus.
