Job description
Back of House Kitchen Team Members.
Position Details:
• Line cook
• Prep, cook, and assemble menu items according to Dog Haus kitchen team member instructions and established procedures
• Cook and assemble food according to recipe specifications and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Follow kitchen safety and food handling procedures
• Support kitchen operations and help other stations as needed
• Ensure quality and freshness, and adhere to food safety standards
