Job description
About the role
Husted Law is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Denver, Colorado team and handle an active civil litigation caseload.
Tasks
- Defend first-party and third-party insurance claims
- Handle personal injury, construction disputes, premises liability, coverage disputes & bad faith matters
- Independently take and defend depositions
- Draft dispositive motions, pleadings, coverage opinions & legal memoranda
- Attend court hearings, status conferences & conduct EUOs
Requirements
- 3+ Years
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Colorado Bar license and good standing
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Must currently reside in the Denver area
- Preferred: Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or coverage litigation.

- $125,000 – $185,000/year
