Grand Welcome is hiring a full-time Live Chat Agent in Ladera Ranch, California. In this on-site customer service role, you will support customers through timely, professional live chat and help deliver a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer live chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and help resolve customer issues.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to support service improvements.
• Work with sales, technical support, and other teams to address recurring issues and identify solutions.
• Track chat performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Stay current on product information and company policies.
• Participate in training and development to strengthen customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service or related work experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Familiarity with online customer support channels and service strategies.

Work Environment and Reporting

You will collaborate across departments to provide comprehensive customer support and report to the Customer Service Manager, who will offer guidance and support.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay: $45,700 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Ladera Ranch, California.
