Loan Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Full-Time Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our loan pipeline, ensuring smooth communication between clients, loan officers, and underwriters. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of the mortgage industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at client relations.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients. Answer incoming phone calls promptly, answer questions, and provide clear, enthusiastic milestone updates on their loan status.Pipeline Management: Utilize and maintain our CRM platform daily to track loan progress, update client files, and ensure no detail falls through the cracks.Loan Document Review: Review and organize initial loan application packages, ensuring all required documentation (income verification, bank statements, etc.) is complete and accurate.Collaboration: Work closely with Loan Officers and Underwriters to clear conditions and push loans efficiently toward closing

Qualifications & SkillsMortgage Knowledge: A solid baseline understanding of the mortgage loan process, terminology, and standard documentation.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency working within CRM systems (e.g., Jungo, Salesforce, HubSpot) and loan origination software (LOS).Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable, professional, and warm on the phone.Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy pipeline without sacrificing quality.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or mortgage certifications are a plu
