Requirements

2+ years of hard money, private, or DSCR origination
A local investor network (a plus)
You read ARV, LTC, and DSCR
Remote self-starter
No NMLS license required

Pay

60/40 commission split on origination fees from funded loans, with 60% to the originator. Uncapped.
