LOAN SERVICING SPECIALIST II REPORTS TO: - Loan Operations - Process Manager or Loan Servicing Team Lead JOB TYPE: - Contract - (6 months with possibility of extension) SALARY: - $25.00 and up BOE LOCATION: - Greenville, SC - On-site - (Location details provided upon request) SUMMARY The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for performing a variety of complex loan servicing functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of lending regulations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - College degree preferred - Minimum three years of experience in a Loan Operations/Loan Processing environment or related role - Detailed knowledge of Retail and Commercial loan documentation requirements - Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements - Advanced level of communication and organizational skills - Familiar with LAS and Loan Document platforms with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word - Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings and seminars/conferences, etc. Apply directly on CazVid.
