SUMMARY
The Loan Servicing Specialist II is responsible for performing a variety of complex loan servicing functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of loan transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of lending regulations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• College degree preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in a Loan Operations/Loan Processing environment or related role
• Detailed knowledge of Retail and Commercial loan documentation requirements
• Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements
• Advanced level of communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with LAS and Loan Document platforms with a proficient knowledge
• Microsoft Excel & Word
• Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings and seminars/conferences, etc.

JOB TYPE: Contract (6 months with possibility of extension)
SALARY: $25.00 and up BOE
