JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and recruit qualified applicants for local and overseas positions
- Post job vacancies on social media and recruitment platforms
- Screen and pre-qualify applicants
- Conduct initial interviews and applicant orientation
- Maintain applicant records and recruitment databases
- Coordinate applicants for interviews, assessments, and documentation
- Assist the recruitment team in meeting manpower requirements
