Key Responsibilities Perform lock changes and installations for residential and commercial properties. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Diagnose lock-related problems and offer effective solutions. Maintain inventory of locks, tools, and equipment necessary for job performance. Educate customers on different types of locks and security measures applicable to their needs. Document all completed services accurately for record-keeping and billing purposes. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in locksmithing or similar technical field; prior customer service experience is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and sales skills to effectively interact with customers. Familiarity with locksmithing tools and equipment. Certification in locksmithing or related field preferred but not required. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. This is an independent contractor position. Pay is per job.
