Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve lock issues for residential and commercial clients.
• Use appropriate lock-picking techniques to provide authorized entry for customers who are locked out.
• Conduct on-site consultations and recommend suitable lock solutions.
• Communicate clearly and provide attentive customer service to support client satisfaction.
• Keep up with current locksmith tools, techniques, and service practices.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records of locks serviced.
• Collaborate with colleagues and help train newer locksmith associates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience with lock picking and locksmith services.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Experience with a range of lock-picking tools and lock systems.
• At least two years of locksmith industry experience preferred.
• Locksmith certification preferred.
